My name is Shaikha and I'm a student at Education department. This is my last year in my degree. I have chosen this program because it will help me not only for now while I’m learning, but even for future when I’ll be a teacher. It helps me to develop different skills on me not only the teaching but also it leads me to develop my communication and how I can change something in just small period of time which I can see how hard it is. In other hand, there are some hobbies that I have such as reading and writing. In my opinion, reading could help people to develop their writing. I can see how much I have improved my writing before I starting to read till now and I really enjoy writing which let me through my feeling on a paragraph that I will write. Moreover about myself, I have travelled to different places where I enjoyed much like Saudi Arabia and Turkey.

In my teaching philosophy, I will include four different areas which are the environment, community, classroom management and assessment.
Teaching is not only the way teachers give the lesson on one way, but it is also how students learn and it could be in different ways which can lead students to learn best.
Environment:
Teachers could collaborate with their colleagues from the community they are in. This can help in improving teaching styles or adding something new in our teaching. Also teachers can plan with each other which help it develop the teaching quality. Moreover, solving problems is very important point that should teachers do. Sometimes teachers may have problems in their classrooms or with their planning depending in the school. So a good community could help in solving these problems.
Community:
Students can have different areas to develop in through community. Collaboration is one of these areas which help students to share ideas and learn from their friends through group work or even in a play area with students from other classrooms. This can help on student’s communication as well. Moreover, solving problems is very important point that students could learn through and having a community to teach in helps both teachers and students in solving problems and it gives students a chance in this area.
Classroom management:
Every classroom should have rules. It is a delivery tool which could help teachers on their teaching using different rules to have a good managing in the classroom. If the classroom has a rules and management, teachers can teach better as well as students will learn better.
Assessment:
Assessing students is important, not only for the students to know their level, but also it helps on teaching. When teacher assess students, she can know their level to know how to plan for the next lessons or the next semester. So I can see how assessments lead to a good teaching for the future and not only for today.
